Pastoral Care

Lay Eucharistic Visitors

Lay Eucharistic Visitors bring communion to members of Annunciation who are homebound for some reason and cannot attend Sunday worship service. We strive to keep God’s presence in the lives of all our parishioners by bringing communion to them at least once a month.

Angel Meals

Angel Meals are designed to help those individuals or families that for one reason or another are unable to cook a meal for themselves. For instance, coming home from a stay in the hospital or after surgery, a death in the family when you may have out of town guests and don't have time to prepare a meal, or for any other reason.

Oncology Support Team

Our Oncology Support Team specializes in walking with parishioners through the confusing, isolating journey that is cancer treatment.  We offer advice, prayers and regular spiritual support to anyone who might need it, including families.

Annunciation has partnered with Denver-based, Khesed Wellness, to provide low to no-cost mental health care for the people of our community.  A licensed mental health therapist will be on our campus two days a week offering in-person appointments (starting in the spring of 2022).  There are also licensed therapists currently offering virtual visits for those who prefer to remain online.  They offer appointments to anyone, of any background, in any community.  To schedule an appointment, you may either call Khesed Wellness at (720) 575-9889, or fill out the form on their website (https://www.khesedwellness.com/contact).  All calls and online inquiries will be returned within one business day by one of the therapists, who will complete the initial (free) phone consultation and schedule the first appointment.
